A pre-workout is taken before training to help you get more out of the session — supporting energy, strength, endurance and hydration. EVO AXN does this through EAAs (for muscle support), creatine (for power) and electrolytes (for hydration).

EAAs are the essential amino acids your body can't make itself and must get from food or supplements — the building blocks for muscle protein synthesis and recovery. Each EVO AXN scoop supplies a blend of them (leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, histidine, threonine, phenylalanine and methionine) alongside glutamine and 1.5 g of creatine.

Electrolytes support hydration, fluid balance, nerve signalling and muscle function — helping replace what you lose through sweat. Each scoop provides 300 mg potassium, 75 mg magnesium and 157 mg sodium (from pink Himalayan salt).

Mix one scoop (11 g) with about 500 ml of water and take it around 20–30 minutes before training. You can have 1–2 servings a day depending on your activity level, or sip it during a longer session.
