Free Prize Draw – UK Residents Only

1. Promoter The prize draw is organised and promoted by Bigger Brother Ltd (trading as APMZEE), a company registered in England & Wales. Registered office: 93 Tabernacle St, Greater, London EC2A 4BA.
2. Eligibility
   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • One entry per person.
   • Employees, partners, contractors, or agents of the Promoter or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
   • No purchase necessary.
   • Enter by submitting your name and email via the promotion landing page during the Promotion Period.
   • By entering you agree to receive your £25 voucher and occasional marketing emails from APMZEE (you may unsubscribe at any time).
4. Prize
   • One winner will receive a Wellness Trip to Dubai for two adults, including return UK flights, 4 nights hotel accommodation, and wellness experiences (the “Prize”).
   • Dates, travel arrangements and exact itinerary will be confirmed with the winner and may be subject to availability and blackout dates.
   • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Voucher Offer
   • All valid entrants receive a £25 voucher redeemable on purchases of £40 or more at APMZEE.com.
   • Voucher valid until [insert expiry date], one use per customer, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
6. Closing Date Entries close on 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (GMT)Entries received after this date and time will not be counted.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
   • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   • The draw will take place on 5 January 2026
   • The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 7 days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw and agrees that their first name and county may be used in winner announcements.
9. Data Protection
   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at [insert link].
   • Data will be used for administering the prize draw, sending the voucher, and marketing communications where consent has been given. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or injury arising out of participation in the prize draw or use of the Prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
11. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
